3. I have never had web hosting before, how do I set up?
   Every client of Obrid Hosting is sent a welcoming Email which includes account information and how to access your cPanel which is your Control Panel. All accounts at Obrid Hosting have the latest cPanel installed.
   
   
4. How do I set up an Email account?
   In every cPanel, there is a Video Tutorial link where you can look up questions you might have and view them in a step by step Flash Tutorials. Failing that, our support team is more than happy to answer questions for you.
   
   
5. How do I design and build my website?
   At Obrid Hosting, we are tired of people continually being over charged for designing and building Web Sites when there are plenty of other alternatives. We provide links on where you can download FREE Website Templates and low cost  Templates so you can edit them yourselves using the HTML editor in your cPanel.
   
   
6. How do I post my website on the internet?
   To post a website on the internet, you need to FTP the files of the website to your cPanel. When the files are in your cPanel you can then edit them and upload the files to the internet which will result in your Website being online. We will give you links to free FTP programmes.
   
   
7. Does my plan come with a Domain name?
   No Obrid Hosting plan comes with a Domain name. To order a Domain name you can visit Obrid Domains for some of the cheapest Domain names in New Zealand and Australia. You are also able to order your Domain name from other Domain name registrars and you can also transfer your current Domain name to our Web Hosting.
   
   
8. Who can order your Community plan?
   The Free Community plan is only available for New Zealand and Australia non profit community groups. You must be a member of Obrid when you order this plan.We will verify all requests for this plan. Obrid would also appreciate that all groups on this Plan put a link or mention on your Website to Obrid. Groups can include Church groups, Schools, Advice groups and all groups that are community orientated and are not run for profit such as a Business.
   
   
9. Do I have to be a member of Obrid to order a plan?
   Yes you have to be a member of Obrid to order Web Hosting from Obrid Hosting. It is FREE to join Obrid and FREE to use all of Obrid's facilities.
   
   
10. How can I pay for my plan?
    We accept major Credit Cards through Paypal, Direct Credit into our New Zealand Bank account and Cheque for New Zealand customers only.
